ABOUT WORLD THEATRE CLUB
Trinacria World Theatre Club is like a book club...but for theatre.
Once a month we invite anyone who’s interested to come out and see a show. After the performance, we’ll pick a nearby spot for a drink and a casual chat about the work we’ve just seen, facilitated by a Trinacria Theatre Company member. We’ll aim to hold one theatre club meet-up monthly.
For our November London Chapter Meet-Up, we've chosen "When the Crows Visit" at the Kiln Theatre.
ABOUT THE SHOW
When a son returns home after being accused of a violent crime, a mother is forced to confront the ghosts of her past when the crows visit. Inspired by true events in modern-day India, Anupama Chandrasekhar explores the themes of Ibsen’s Ghosts and the cyclical nature of oppression in a dark and thrilling world premiere.

We’ve chosen an evening with a post-show discussion chaired by feminist activist and entrepreneur Samantha Roddick. Panelists include FGM activist Nimco Ali, Kiln Theatre Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham and Bollywood actress Soni Razdan. Afterward, join Trinacria Company Member, Mariagrazia La Fauci in the Kiln Kitchen for a drink. Those who have seen the performance on a different night are also welcome to join the discussion!
