NATAN LAST
Board Member
Natan Last is an immigrant rights advocate and graduate student at Columbia University. Previously, he was a founding member of the International Rescue Committee's Airbel lab, where he managed teams focused on refugee resettlement, malnutrition treatment and prevention, and post-trauma early childhood education. His crossword puzzles and non-fiction writing appear in the New York Times, the New Yorker, and the Atlantic. His poetry has appeared in Narrative Magazine, The American Journal of Poetry, and The Rupture.
GINA McCLARY

Gina is currently a Vice President at a Boston-based private credit investment manager. She began as a credit analyst there in June 2012. She graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting. Gina, her husband Kevin, and German Shepard puppy Ted enjoy all things Boston, sports, and traveling to places near and far.
LORETTA McCLARY

Loretta holds a dual license as a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney. Her professional practice focuses on individuals and small businesses providing income tax preparation and preparation services, estate planning and business and management consulting. Loretta holds a B.A. from Regis College (1979), a M.A. from Boston University (1980), an M.B.A. from Suffolk University (1984), an M.S. T. from Bentley University (1990), an Advanced Certificate in Taxation from Bentley University (1997), a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School (2005), and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University (2009). When the demands of tax deadlines are met, she enjoys travel, concerts, and the theatre.
MAX SKLAR
Founding Board Member & Secretary
Max is an actor, dramaturg, and historical interpreter based in Salem, MA. He received his BA from McGill University. He works at The Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum giving tours, and is also involved in historical and educational presentations at the museum. He is also a tour guide for Cambridge Historical Tours. Ongoing theatrical work includes the story teller role (Meddah) in Othello in the Seraglio with Dünya, a musicians collective, and work with Still Small Theatre Company in The Diary of Perpetua, How I Met Our Father, and other shows in rep. Recent credits include Cry Innocent: the People Versus Bridget Bishop with History Alive!, Measure for Measure with Still Small, and The Woman in Black with the Firehouse Center for the Arts. Max is also passionate about languages and translation, and is always continuing his education picking up new languages; the current challenge is learning Russian. He is also an amateur musician playing the mandolin and the bandoneón. He is a vestry member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Salem, and is actively involved in parish life.

SEAN DEVARE

Sean is a multi-disciplinary performer, director, designer, and musician. Based in NYC, his work explores questions of cultural evolution through reinterpreting ancient performance traditions. He was a resident actor at The Flea Theater and has since focused on original collaborative pieces in the city and abroad. NY credits include: 'The People Speak' (BAM); '#serials@theflea' (The Flea); 'The Saltmakers' (Dixon Place/HERE); 'Artaud Artaud' (Signature/Columbia Stages). Sean co-created and performed 'Juniper Tree' for Puppet BloK at Dixon Place featuring handcrafted masks and puppets. He recently completed his MFA in Theatre at Sarah Lawrence College with his original solo thesis performance 'First Violin'. Other Training includes: Brown University, Dell'Arte Abroad (Bali), New England Puppet Intensive, Theatre Mitu (South India Intensive), and Movement Theater Studio NYC. BFA in Illustration, RISD.

Clara Francesca
QUINTON KAPPEL

Quinton is a visual artist, filmmaker, performer, designer, and jack of all artistic trades. He received his BFA in Film & Illustration from Tufts University together with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Favorite roles include Hamlet, Steindorff (Bach at Leipzig), Mercutio (Romeo & Juliet), Claudio (Much Ado About Nothing), Hanschen (Spring’s Awakening), Lancelot (Spamalot!), and Orsino (Twelfth Night). His professional voice work includes clients such as Dunkin Donuts, ESPN, Warner Brothers, Jersey Jack Pinball, and more. As a film maker, he has filmed, edited, animated, and directed a wide variety of projects, and as a producer, his work includes nationally syndicated commercials for clients such as Dunkin' Donuts, LG, Chili's, Bank of America, Great Wolf Lodge, ESPN, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Capella University. His viral YouTube video, “105 Impressions,” was featured in the Huffington Post and Yahoo News, while the first episode of his web series “We Have a Dinosaur,” earned over 2.5 million views on YouTube.
